During the 2009 Membership Drive, as an incentive to new regular members (unfortunately this does not apply to student, associate, or other special membership categories) the IMA will waive the $15 membership application fee. In order to take advantage of this special opportunity, prior to June 1, 2009 new members must complete the specially coded application form and return it to the address on the form with their payment, OR use the Code CCHCIMA09 on their online application. The application should list the San Diego Chapter, #0103, in the Chapter Affiliation section.
