Navy Environmental Compliance Program
Location: San Diego, California

Looking for a candidate that has experience with the Navy Environmental Financial Program, including planning, developing and monitoring the financial progress of the MILCON Program, Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Program, Centrally Managed Funds for environmental projects, non-appropriated funded program, Other Direct Cite, reimbursable type funding, and unspecified minor construction.

Experience Required
• Possess a wide range of program management skills in order to analyze and develop recommendations for improvements in program operations and objectives.
• Basic statistical, accounting, budget and economic principles and techniques. Skill in applying complex fact-finding, analytical and problem solving methods and techniques to identify interrelated program problems, draw conclusions and recommend appropriate action or solutions to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Skill in oral and written communication to prepare and present recommendations and solutions regarding complex issues based on analysis and evaluation, including the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, charts and graphs, etc.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with and gain confidence and cooperation of supervisors and managers to accept proposals on complex issues.
• Two year degree (or equivalent certification) in accounting, finance or other business-related field OR
• Equivalent (minimum 3 years) demonstrated work experience in accounting, finance or other business-related field
• Must be U.S. Citizen and be able to pass National Agency Check
